Luma is a portrait photography session in between studio and the city streets, where softness meets structure. Shot on film and digital, the series captures a quiet, modern elegance — a portrait of femininity defined by presence, restraint, and natural light rather than spectacle.

Luma shot with Hasselblad 501cm - Portra 400

Shot in Tribeca, New York, as well as in studio, the portraits were captured using an Hasselblad 501cm medium format film camera and a Nikon f100 35mm film camera, both using Kodak Portra 400 film.

The style is minimalistic, playing with the simplicity of two different black dresses. The photography showcases the extreme femininity of Luma and her gorgeous blue eyes.
